Kirsten Bassion
Artist Kirsten Bassion received her Master of Fine Arts in Ceramics from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York in 2004.  She graduated from Skidmore College where she majored in studio art.  She uses beautifully bright colors, unusual glazes with hand carved textures and layers of underglazes to create unique and useful pottery.  Kirsten's work has been shown in galleries throughout the country.  She is an energetic, experienced, and knowledgable teacher.  You can see more of her work at www.kirstenbassion.com

Doreen Mastandrea
Artist Doreen Mastandrea received her Master of Fine Arts in ceramics from Cranbrook Academy in Michigan.  She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a undergraduate degree in ceramics.  Her work is mainly sculptural in nature created in earthenware and refined surfaces of terrasigilattas.  Doreen's work is both expressive and introspective and has been displayed in galleries across North America.  Doreen taught at Salem State and Babson College and is now the art teacher at Saugus High School. 

Alice Drew
Artist Alice Drew received her Master of Fine Arts in Ceramics from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York in 2003.  Alice was an assistant professor of art at Roberts Wesleyan College from 2006-2011, a  ceramic studio intern in 2004 at the Women’s Studio Workshop, in Rosendale N.Y,  and has taught ceramics at RIT, SUNY Brockport, and Houghton College. She teaches  hand-building and thermal screen-printing workshops, and exhibits her work  nationally.

Lanse Stover
Artist Lanse Stover received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in ceramics from the Kansas City Art Institute in 1976, and his Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado in 1982.  He has lived in Beverly, MA since 1985, establishing his clay studio and showing his work at major craft fairs and galleries throughout the country.  He has been an adjunct professor of ceramics at Endicott College, as well as teaching classes at Redbrick Studio in Beverly.  His work has largely consisted of hand-built functional pottery, with an interplay of color and form.  After a short hiatus from clay, he's now back in the studio and working with thrown and hand-built forms, exploring the use of natural clay surfaces combined with rich glazes to create unique functional pieces.
